Easter was especially exciting this year because we got to share with our friends and family the exciting news of adding another blessing to our family. Charlotte was ready in her "Big Sis" gear and even though few people noticed the shirt she was wearing she was prepared with little plastic eater eggs that had this note inside:
The baby was only 9 weeks and 3 days old so it just looks like a little jelly bean (also so appropriate for Easter ;)
We had so much fun sharing the news with Aunt Sara and Uncle Travis who we thought we'd have to tell via Skype but they were in Cali for the holiday and it made even more special that we got to share it with them!
My Dad thought we were giving him an ultra sound pic of Charlotte...it was pretty funny and I wish I had the video camera to catch his reaction! (next time :)
Of course Easter wouldn't be the same without dying easter eggs...
and Daddy now has his own set of bunny ears...just as promised from last year!
