Charlotte loves Jake and the Never Land Pirates so much that she wanted to dress like Izzie, Jakes trusted pirate pal with pixie dust around her neck (the obvious favorite part of her costume). So, naturally Elle was a pirate as well. Her favorite part was her pirate tutu.
And, since he's a sucker for his daughters, Bry dressed up as the infamous Cpt. Hook, and to complete his look, (and to also make it possible for going out in public) he was armed with his trusty pirate copper mug:)
